Candidate Profile/ Skillset:
Experience:
Hands on experience in implementing insurance packages preferably (Cameleon, eBAO, Guidewire).
Six months relevant experience with package implementation in AML/Summit/Calypso, etc preferred
Must be well versed in Java design and architecture.
Strong working knowledge of database modeling techniques.
Experience in estimation (any one technique such as Function Point/Quick FP)
Excellent business communication skills and willingness to travel.
Skillset:
The candidate must have strong programming knowledge working on java technologies like Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL
Must possess strong understanding and working knowledge of PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor and any Enterprise Messaging System.
Tomcat and/or WebSphere/WebLogic shall play a major part so it is also strongly desirable
Real-time knowledge and experience in enterprise system integration, preferably from insurance domain. Understanding and experience of best practices in software development.
