1. Graduation in Electronics and Telecom Engineering
2. Technical – Operational knowledge of STPs with good understanding of SCCP, MAP, GTT, MTP layers of SS7protocol
3. Functional- Good understanding GSM call flow
4. Good communication skills
5. Customer focus
6. Good interpersonal skills
7. Able to work under pressure and shifts
8. Understanding business requirement
9. Flair to learn the new technology/systems
