Eligibility Criteria:   UG – B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization PG – M.Tech – Any Specialization

Required Skills:    Perform server and tool administrative tasks. Maintain administrative jobs. Administer security. Maintain server/tool configuration. Collaborate with other infrastructure teams on shared components or integration points.

Mandatory Skills:

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Required background:
Unix (Solaris)
Windows 2000 and 2003
Linux (Red Hat)
Web Server Administration including but not limited to Iplanet, Apache Tomcat
Perl/CGI/Shell scripting
Technically he should have experience on Windows, Unix and scripting (Perl/Shell)
The candidate will have to work as an analyst on user request on all the tools
Certifications related to OS would be a huge advantage
Experience of setting up infrastructure for projects such as development, QA and production environments
Experience of setting up infrastructure for hosting business tools (servers and clients)
Knowledge of SDLC process
Participated in infrastructure projects
Experience of working with vendor to get support and resolve issues
Must be able to work in a collaborative environment
Work in extended support hours
Work closely with onsite and offshore support teams
Needs to communicate with business/end users
Ability to adhere to work processes
Excellent analysis and problem solving skills.
Creative problem solving skills, positive attitude, and willingness to assume responsibility.
High level of job responsiveness and attention to detail.
Should be capable of working in a high pressure environment
