Job Description:

• Analyze, define and document client requirements into a functional requirement document while
• Participate in design discussions and review
• Develop & ensure that the facilitation meets the defined requirements and appropriate level of quality
• Generate test cases and provide support during unit & integration / End to End testing
• Participate in deployment activities related to owned developments and post production activities where appropriate
• Create high-level training documentation (i.e. module documentation, scenario modeling and process flows) for training purpose
• Other duties as needed and assigned

Required Skills:

• Must have strong logical & analytical skills
• Must have a good understanding of SDLC
• Previous exposure on any programming language / concepts will be an added advantage
• Previous exposure to writing test cases will be an added advantage
• Ability to understand client requirement and write a requirement document for the same
• Should be able to map the requirements into algorithms & develop scripts based on requirement document
• Ability to maintain attention to detail on both short and long term projects
• Ability to grasp TRX technology, customer applications, internal processes and procedures and TRX standards of performance and ability to communicate that information to a functional requirement and a subsequent test
• Proactive attitude, initiative and can anticipate opportunities
• Self motivated and able to multi-task
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Should be willing to work in night shifts
