- The Engineer will be responsible for providing support on applications and systems used in Tesco’s dotcom store and fulfilment centres.
- He will be working on issues assigned to him from L0 and L1 teams as daily operational task.
- He will be responsible to perform an RCA on problems and arrive with a resolution and fix for the issue. Some key processes he will be working on are Incident Management, Problem management, Change management and knowledge management.
- The person should pose strong SQL knowledge and good experience in support.
- He should have good knowledge of computer hardware, networking and SLDC.
- More of a DB resource along with application development skill set. Knowledge of quality analysis and software quality assurance is an added advantage.
- Have to generate reports and write test cases on new project modules.
