Educational Background: 1st Class BE/ BTECH (Computer Science/ IT)/ MCA along with MBA in Systems/Information Technology from a recognized University. The candidate should have worked in a decision-making level with regards to managing the IT portfolio or Enterprise Applications System in a company of repute.
Work Experience:
Minimum 10 years (as on 31.01.2011) of relevant post qualification executive experience in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / General Administration in any Government/ Public Sector/ Autonomous body/ MNCs or organisation of repute.
- For those working in PSUs/Govt, minimum two years experience in the pay scale of `29100–54500 (I.D.A) or its equivalent grades, as on 31.01.2011 (Relevant grade-equivalency documents must be enclosed)
- For candidates from MNCs / Private organisations, minimum two years experience at minimum CTC of `10 Lakhs approximately per annum, as on 31.01.2011.
Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for the Planning, Designing, Development and Implementation of IT Services in STC and playing an active role in Change Management during implementation of IT systems, inter-alia, including the coordination with IT vendors, consultants, user divisions & branches of STC for development & implementation of IT applications on identified platforms (such as ERP), ensuring smooth availability and operation of IT applications, managing changes required after implementation of IT applications, managing SLAs with IT vendors, developing MIS and ensuring regular reporting, planning and imparting training to users and internal IT team and planning any additional up gradation in IT infrastructure covering additional applications.
Pay Scale: ` 36600–62000 (I.D.A) (E-6)

- For candidates from MNCs/ Private organisations, minimum two years experience at minimum CTC of `4.4 Lakhs (approx.) per annum, as on 31.01.2011.
Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for assisting JGM(IT) in Planning, Designing, Development and Implementation of IT Services in STC.
