JOB DESCRIPTION:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a customer relationship management solution (offered both as a packaged product and online service) that provides marketing automation, sales automation and service automation capabilities which help organizations to efficiently and effectively find, serve and support customers.It is built on top of a flexible and powerful platform (XRM) that enables organizations to rapidly build any number of end-to-end Line of Business (LOB) applications, such as vendor management, asset management and employee management. As a Group Program Manager for CRM at MSIDC,the candidate will have the unique opportunity to lead the program management function, focusing primarily in Sales Force Automation, Reporting, and Analytics.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* Strong strategic thinking and product planning experience focused on shipping commercial software with at least eight years of professional experience as a Lead PM, GPM, or higher level
* Exceptional leadership acumen with demonstrated success in “managing managers” with natural drive to lead by example
* Deep passion for satisfying customer needs and achieving high customer and business partner satisfaction
* Ability to define and drive the product design, release, and deployment process; ability to collaborate effectively with development and test managers to complete product deliverables in the timely manner with high quality
* Broad technology and curiosity including experience driving product innovations (patent portfolio highly desirable) and establishing best practices for program management
* Extensive domain knowledge/experience with Customer Relationship Management
* Comfort in discussing, understanding and contributing to detailed technical issues such as software/network architecture and algorithm design
* Bachelor or advanced degree in engineering or computer science
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: BE/B Tech(Computer Science)
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Extensive domain knowledge/experience with Customer Relationship Management § Comfort in discussing, understanding and contributing to detailed technical issues such as software/network architecture and algorithm design
WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 8 yrs as a Lead ProgramManager, GPM, or higher level
