Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
Candidate must own the Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established in India affiliated by AICTE. Advantage may be given to those candidates who have the Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Management/ Marketing. Sound Knowledge of written and spoken English and also one Regional language preferably local language will be an added plus.

Job Particulars:- It is mainly a Marketing job. The DSEs shall be fully accountable for Procuring New Business, Providing Policy Servicing and related jobs from the areas assigned to them. They will also carry out any other timely instructions provided to them. For this purpose noteworthy movements including tours covering entire area allotted to them are involved.

Pay Scale : Rs 25000/- per month.

Age Limit : The applicant shall have at-least 21 years of age and not more than 35 years of age as on 01. may 2010 (cutoff date).

Selection Procedure :
Selection will be made on the basis of a written test if necessary, followed by an Interview of candidates who qualify in the written test. Written Test will be of Objective Type covering Sales aptitude, Test of Reasoning, Numerical Ability and General Knowledge.
Interview: Candidates successful in the written test (if conducted) or eligible candidates will be called for an Interview. The Corporation reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for written test and/or interview commensurate with number of Direct Sales Executives to be engaged and the decision of the Corporation in this regard shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Application Fee :
A crossed Demand Draft of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of "Life Insurance Corporation of India" payable at (….Divisional Headquarters……). SC/ST candidates are not required to pay any fee. Candidates should write his/ her name and date of birth on the back side.
