Educational Qualification needed: The candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent from College/ University/ Board with a minimum aggregate of 75% (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English either in class X or class XII.
TRAINING. The training is planned to begin from Jan 2012. Candidates will be placed as Cadets and will be doing Btech course in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala Kerala. During the course, Cadets will be allotted Executive or Technical (Engineering, Electrical or Naval Architect) Branch. On completion of the course, B Tech Degree will be awarded by Jawahar Lal Nehru University (JNU).
Experience: Freshers (No Experience )
Work Location: Across India
Age : Between 16-1/2 to 19 years (candidates to be born between 02 July 1992 to 01 Jan 1995 both dates inclusive).
Physical Standards :
Height and Weight : Minimum height Male – 157 cms, with correlated weight. Eye Sight – The minimum acceptable standard for distant vision 6/12, 6/12 correctable to 6/6 with glasses. Should not be colour/night blind.
