Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH Engineering Degree with 60% marks in all year/ semesters from a recognized University. Candidates appearing in final year/ semester examination may also apply.
Age Limit as on 01 Jul 2011:
19 to 23 years. Born between 02 Jul 1988 to 01 Jul 1992 (both dates inclusive).
Physical Fitness:
Height and Weight—> Min. 162.5 cms of height with correlated weight and leg length in the range of 99 cms (Min) and 120 cms (Max).
Eye Sight—> (a) Visual Acuity 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in other, correctable to 6/6 only for hypermetropia (b) Manifest Myopia- Nil (c) LASIK Surgery for correction of vision is admissible in Transport and Helicopter streams of SSC (Flying Branch) if given conditions are fulfilled at the time of Air Force medical examination.
