Nature of Job: User configuration tasks, performing back-ups, configuring network, configuring and managing E-mail services on server, debugging faults and optimizing network, installing/upgrading of OS products, troubleshooting and upgrading of PCs, assisting users, updating the departmental web page.
Desired: 2+ years of GNU/Linux as a System administrator. Should have worked on Linux and SUN, HP and SGI and digital machines. Experience in networking and installation of packages. Experience in web page design may be preferred as additional qualification. Capability of setting up and managing complex sites, managing DNS, Networking, Mail and mailing list server. Maintaining backup system working with a large number of users and installation & maintenance of a variety of operating systems (linux + windows) & software.
Scale of Pay: Rs.21000-31000/-
Age Limit: 32 years
