Job Description: Applying candidates must have proper documentation skills. Will be responsible for the quality of the product as per the quality defined for the product as the responsibility would include Coding, Code reviews, Project Documentation. The candidate should have good Technical and Functional expertise with positive attitude, communication skill, analytical skills. Experience of complete project lifecycle execution. Follow best practices and design guidelines in an Agile development environment.
Technical skills:
.NET FRAMEWORK2.0, C#, ASP.NET, IIS6.0, Visual Studio 2005, XML, AJAX controls, SQL Server 2005

Never join ITPL, its the worst company in terms of employee dissatisfaction. I was working there for a month but was not provided with a offer letter niether a salary slip. The administration is very sluggish and not responsive to employees complaints.
