Required Qualifications & Experience:
Candidate should be a graduate in any IT field or should be a BE/BTech in Computer Science or IT .
Candidate needs to have at least 3 years experience in implementing , administrating or troubleshooting PC and Macintosh Operating Systems such as 2000/XP/Vista, Linux , OSX.
He/She should have a minimum of 1 year experience in troubleshooting network environment with typical network services, applications and connectivity components. He should have MCSE or an equivalent certification
Candidates having experience in a customer service environment will be considered to be an added advantage.
