Structural Design Engineering (E-1 to E-3)
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Civil) 1st Class from a recognized University.
Work Experience:
Experience in design of multistoried RCC buildings, retaining walls, machine foundations and water containing structures in organizations handling large civil projects. Knowledge of IS Codes, structure software for space frames, columns foundations, design, STAAD and AUTOCAD is essential.
Desired: Exposure to software such as STRAP, SAP is desirable.Adequate exposure in checking of drawing and detailing of RCC and steel structures including interdisciplinary coordination preferred.
Design of HVAC (E-1 to E-3)
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Mechanical) 1st Class from a recognized University.
Work Experience: Experience in designing and execution of central HVAC works.
Desired: Candidates having experience of handling special devices such as laundry, kitchen, gas piping, CSSD, waste disposal etc. for hospitals/ hotels etc. including site supervision will be preferred.
Electrical Engineering Design (E-1 to E-2)
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Electrical) 1st Class from a recognized University.
Work Experience: Experience in electrical design of large multistoried buildings, hospitals/ hotels etc for internal and external electrification, HT, MV, LT and substations and execution of the same, checking of working drawings, site supervision etc.
Estimator (E-1 to E-2)
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Civil) 1st Class from a recognized University with membership of the institute of Quantity surveyors.
Work Experience: Experience in quantity survey, costing, estimation, preparation of take off sheets and specification, tender documents, analysis rates for large projects. Exposure of DSR, CPWD plinth area rates and specifications with MS office and AUTOCAD knowledge required.
Public Health/ Plumbing Services (E-1 to E-3)
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Civil) 1st Class from a recognized University preferably with BE/ ME in Environmental Engineering.
Work Experience: Experience in planning, designing, preparation of BOQ and cost estimate for public health Engineering works such as Water Supply, Sewage and Drainage, Sanitary and internal/ external plumbing services of multistoried building. Water/ Waste water treatment plant, Fire Fighting, Waste Management etc. for Hospital , Institutional, Residential and other buildings.
Project Management and Site Supervision (E-1 to E-3)
Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Civil) 1st Class from a recognized University with site experience.
Work Experience: Must possess experience in all aspects of project management, including civil/ structural works, publishing and finalizing pre-qualification requirements as per norms, inviting tenders, scrutiny of bids of vendors, monitoring execution of site activities etc.
