Eligibility :
Qualification : Candidate should be a BE/ BTech or MCA, BCA, B.Sc. (Computers) or Graduation with a specialization in Computers.
Skills Required :
Ideal Candidate should have knowledge of Basic Networking, Operating Systems, Remote Connectivity and ISP. Candidate must have excellent command of written and spoken English.
Job Description : Selected Candidates will work as IT Operation Analyst and will be responsible for Managing technical queries and complaints Also, will work in providing troubleshooting support and direct unresolved queries to the concerned teams.
