Educational Qualification: BE/ BTECH (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Mechanical, Marine, Naval Architect)

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Commercial Department Addl. General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics Engg.)

Scale of Pay:    Rs. 36600-3%-62000 (E-6) Rs. 32900-3%-58000 (E-5)

Upper Age Limit:  As on 01/05/2010 45 years/42 years

Work Experience: The candidates should possess 16/13 years post qualification experience in the relevant area of Commercial/Stores of shipbuilding industry. The candidate should possess knowledge of Microsoft IT packages. Candidates having Masters Degree with specialization in Materials Management will be preferred.

 

Commercial Department Dy. General Manager / Senior Manager (Coordination & Development – Delhi Office / Mumbai Office)

Scale of Pay:    Rs. 36600-3%-62000 (E-6) Rs. 32900-3%-58000 (E-5)

Upper Age Limit:   As on 01/05/2010 42years/39years

Work Experience: Should have post qualification experience of 13 years in the relevant field for the post of Dy. General Manager and 10 years for the post of Senior Manager. The candidates are required to possess knowledge of Microsoft IT packages. The candidate selected shall be in charge of Delhi/Mumbai Office. He should possess good communication skills, leadership qualities and good Public Relations skills. Persons with experience in shipbuilding industry and Retired Naval, INCG Officers of the rank of Cdr. or equivalent with relevant experience may also apply.

 

Senior Manager (Estates Officer)

Scale of Pay:  Rs. 29100-3%-54500 (E-4)

Upper Age Limit:   As on 01/05/2010 39 years

Work Experience:  Having an experience of 10 yrs in any Ship Building or large ship repairs yard in a ERP enabled environment with knowledge of Microsoft IT packages. Masters Degree in Business Administration is preferable. The candidate will be responsible for up keep of documents and property of the company. He will be a nodal Officer for house allotments. He has to also take care of house keeping and maintenance of quarters of the company. He will be responsible for civil works related to Corporate Social Responsibility.

 

Plant Maintenance Department Dy. General Manager (Mechanical Engg.)

Scale of Pay:    Rs. 32900-3%-58000 (E-5)

Upper Age Limit:   As on 01/05/2010 42 years

Work Experience:   The candidate should possess 13 Yrs Post Qualification experience for the Plant Maintenance/Production activities of shipbuilding industry in a ERP enabled environment with knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
