Rs 300/-(Rs 50/- for SC/ST/VH/HI/OH candidates) through the challan form in any branch of Corporation bank.

Online application can only be made after the candidate has deposited the application fee as the details in fee slip would be required. The hard copy of the filled in system generated application form should be kept by the candidate for future reference. The candidate should write the registration number(generated after applying online) and date of birth on the back of fee payment receipt.
