The Selection is for different posts in BSNL through competitive examination which would be held on All India Basis and on different Dates.

Eligibility Criteria :
Age : 30 years
Educational Qualification : Candidate should be a Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology degree (BE/ Btech) or equivalent Engineering Degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST) in any of the following disciplines Telecommunications/ Electronics/ Computer/ IT/ Electrical + 2 years regular full time MBA for Telecom Operations and CA/ICWa/CS for Telecom Finance.
After the successful completion of Probation-cum-training, the officer shall be appointed as Manager (MT)
Selection Procedure : Selection will be based on open Competitive Examination. All the candidates shall have to undergo the similar recruitment process i.e. the Written Examination then a Group Discussion and finally a Structured Interview.
Application Fee : Candidates must make a Demand draft/ pay order of Rs 1500/- in favour of Senior Accounts Officer/Accounts Officer payable at the respective stations of telecom circle. No Fee payable by SC/ST/PH.
Application Procedure : Candidate must a send an Application in prescribed format in an envelope be marked “Application for the post of MTs (External Candidate) in BSNL” in bold letters on top of it and send it to the respective DGM in the respective CGM of the Circle concern where a candidate want to apply. Application forms complete in every respect must reach on or before 14/10/2009.
