Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is hiring Engineering graduates, both BE and Btech who completed their Engineering from Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics trades.

Large number of Vacancies: BHEL has got vacancies in large number for Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics departments.
In total there are 600 vacancies which are distributed as follows.
- 350 vacancies for Mechanical Engineers
- 200 vacancies for Electrical Engineers
- 50 vacancies for Electronics Engineers
Educational Qualification:
B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical /Electrical/ Electronics with at least 65% marks
Age Limit as on 1st august 2009:
27 years for Graduates ( Candidates born before 01-August-1982 are not eligible to apply).
29 years for Post Graduates (Full Time) of Engg. or Business Admn/ Mgmt. ( Candidates born before 01-August-1980 are not Eligible to apply).
Salary during training and after Training:
The Selected Candidates will be placed on training for the duration of one year. During training, basic pay of Rs.10750/- in the scale of pay of Rs.10750-430-16750/- will be paid.
After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineer in the scale of pay of Rs.11225-450-17525/- with a basic pay of Rs.11,225/

Candidates who are eligible for these vacancies have to follow these Steps:

- Download the related SBI Challan copy from the link given below.
- Fill the required details in the Challan
- Submit the challan along with a fee of Rs 400 to (For General Candidates / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) at any of the SBI branches. ( SC/ST and Physically challenged candidates are exempted from payment of fee
- One Copy of acknowledgement slip may be retained by the Candidate.
- Another copy of Acknowledgement Slip, duly signed by the applicant and with his/her recent photograph pasted on the slip along with BHEL Challan copy Category certificates, if applicable may be sent to the following address:
