BEML Limited (formerly Bharat Earth Movers Limited) was established in May 1964 as a Public Sector Undertaking for manufacture of Rail Coaches & Spare Parts and Mining Equipment at its Bangalore Complex. The Company has partially disinvested and presently Government of India owns 54 percent of total equity and rest 46 percent is held by Public, Financial Institutions, Foreign Institutional Investors, Banks and Employees.
General Manager (International Business)
Educational Qualification: 1st Class BE/ BTECH (Mechanical/ Automobile) from a recognized university.
Desired: MBA with International Business/ Post Graduate degree in International Business is desirable.
Work Experience: Relevant experience in the following areas is required-
- Marketing high value industrial & allied machinery & equipment, catering to diverse sectors such as Mining & Construction, Defence, Rail & Metro and Aerospace business
domain. - International exposure in marketing capital goods and should have dealt both sales & after sales service activities either on his own or through dealers.
- Formulate and implement strategies for business development and enhancing market share.
- Identify and set up Regional Offices that would provide end-to-end solutions.
- Responsible for Post-sales engagement including operational support, maintenance and after sales-service.
