Stipend: Shortlisted Candidates will get an annual salary package of Rs. 4.0 Lacs. The Candidates will be given training at the National Power Thermal Institute for 8 months & will be paid Rs. 15000 per month in addition to free accommodation & food.
Experience: 0 – 1 Years
Desired Profile:
Candidate should be an Engineering graduate i.e. a BE/B.Tech from Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Civil branch with the year of graduation being 2011. Candidates applying should have an aggregate percentage of atleast 70% throughout from 10th to graduation.
Candidates from the state of Chattisgarh will be given preference.
Job Description:
Selected candidates will be given a 6 months training on Operation & Maintenance at NPTI which will be succeeded by a 2 months job training at ponsored by Avantha Power. Candidates will thereafter be placed as Executive Trainees for managing Operation & Maintenance of Unit 1 of 600 MW at Raigarh.
It is necessary for the Candidates to work for the organization for a minimum period of 2 years after completion of training failing to which lead to payment of the total training cost by the candidate.
