Eligibility :
Qualification : Candidates must be Technical Graduates(BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech/ MCA/ BCA/ B.Sc/ M.Sc (I.T/ Computer Science) ) 2009 & 2010 pass outs only whose results are out.
Training Duration : 12 months
Skill Set Required : Candidate should possess the following skill set :
Candidate should be fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals i.e. :
- Routing Protocols
- TCP/ IP and IRQs
- Basic operating systems related to Networking
Job Description :
Selected Candidates will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs and providing technical support to Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products.
Note :
Candidate should have Good communication written as well as verbal. He/ She should be willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts) and
on voice based technical support.
Selected Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period. After successful completion of training period, the candidates may get regularized subject to performance & open positions.
Benefits :
The Company will pay its Trainees with a stipend of Rs 8000/- for first 6 months and then Rs 13000/- from 7th month onwards. Company will provide free pick & drop through Delhi-NCR.
Company will partially sponsor in CCNA certification and candidate will go through Voice and Accent training and product specific training before they start handling technical cases.
Candidates will get regularized post, after successful completion of 12 month training. The starting package of Rs 3 lakhs per annum will be given to the Candidates with the designation of Associate Network Engineer and employees have the opportunity of higher level of Cisco certification.
