ARICENT is recruiting Engineering fresher Graduates to work for them on The post of Trainee (Network Support)

Educational Qualification needed: The candidate must have completed his/ her engineering degree (BE/ Btech/ Me/ Mtech )/ MCA/ BSC/ MSC (IT/ Computer Science) from a recognised college/ University by Government of India.

Job Title:  Trainee (Network Support)
Job Description : Providing technical support to Customers/ Clients using remote access to their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products
Interview Location:

Bangalore

Training Duration -12 months.

Skills Required:  The desired skillset for this vacancy Includes The candidates to have strong know how of Networking Fundamentals such as Routing Protocols basic Network Operating systems and TCP/ IP and IRQ systems
Stipend and Other facilities
o Trainees will will be entitled to get Rs 8000/- per month as stipend for first 6 months and Rs 13000/- per month from 7th month onwards.
o Company will provide free pick & drop through Delhi-NCR.
o Company will partially sponsor in CCNA certification and candidate will go through Voice and Accent training and product specific training before they start handling technical cases.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Undergraduates are not considered eligible for this job ( i.e, candidates appearing for their final exams or waiting for their final semester result are not eligible to apply)
• candidates must possess strong communication traits, both in written as well as verbal.
• Willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts-Night Shifts)
• Should be willing to work on voice based technical support
• Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period
• After successful completion of training period, the candidates may get regularized subject to performance & open positions.
• Candidates who have appeared for the interview process during the last 6 months are not eligible to apply.
