Candidate should be a BE/Btech from Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation or a MCA passout with atleast 60% aggregate marks in degree. Candidate should possess good communication & presentation skills.

Please students keep in mind that its not aon hewit which is directly recruiting but a consultancy which seems to very hi fi and started by some of very experienced proffessionals.But dear students keep in their mind they r doing their buisness only like few others r doing .And the procedure is that like here for hewit is that they will ask u to pay 50000 rs a security fees. and its up to u whether u consider it as a security or training fees.. if hewit was directly recruiting then they would not be charging u any security or any kind of fees of even single rupee.So if after training there will be some kind of assesment test and in that if u got selected by hewitt then hewit will pay u back this security fees(50000) and if u not get selecte dthen they will play with u , they r saying that they will give u placement chances which is just a joke because no one can gurantee and if after that also u not get selected that they will refund u 50% of ur fees.In all tihis things they will kill ur 6 months or 1 year.So its upto u because i will not say completely no to this programme because if u r capably to pay such a bug amount then fine otherwise say no completely to anyone who are charging such a huge amount in pnname of providing jobs.Because the r making u fools.In this only veru few candidates get selected and keep in mind they will no open u many things which u should know about them.
So if ur final yeasr students then join some training programmes to improve ur knowledge and only from those institutes who charge only for training not fo rmaking money of devloping their buisness and paying bribes to companies in any formats..Students today it sector is very very challenging and full of frauds and testing for newcomers as most of them dont know about situations which change on daily basis.
