- Understanding of IT technologies
- Sourcing through job portals, networking sites etc
- Telephonic screening of CV’s
- Actively search for potential candidates from targeted IT companies.
- A sharp sales orientation, follow up and relationship building skills.
- Complete responsibility and accountability of requirements from clients
- Market research and map for available skills
- Headhunt candidates over phone, mail and other sources.
- Generate a quality database of candidates across various skills.
Desirable Candidate Profile:
- Full recruitment Life cycle and Staffing, Understanding the requirement from the client,
- Understanding of IT technologies , Sourcing Cvs, Technical screening, Interview Scheduling,
- Coordinating with the candidates and business team and Negotiating rates
Work Experience: 0 – 4 Years
Emoluments: Rs. 1,50,000 – 6,00,000
Working Duration: US timing/ Night Shift (6:30 p.m to 3:30 a.m)
