NTPC is looking for 600 no. of promising, energetic young graduate engineers and professionals with bright academic record to join the organisation as Executive Trainess in the areas of :
- Electrical : 160 posts (UR-88, SC-18, ST-10, OBC-44)
Mechanical : 220 posts (UR-117, SC-21, ST-4, OBC-78)
Civil : 60 posts (UR-20, SC-2, ST-1, OBC-37)
Control & Intrumentation: 90 posts (UR-54, SC-2, ST-1,OBC-33)
Human Resource : 30 posts (UR-13,SC-5,ST-1,OBC-11)
Finance : 40 posts (UR-17, SC-8, ST-4, OBC-11)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognised university with not less thatn 65% marks. Final year students may also apply. For HR : Graduates with 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management / Social Work (with HR as main subject) / Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management / MBA/ with not less than 60% marks. For Finance : Graduate with CA / ICWA or 2 years full time MBA with finance as main subject with not less than 60% marks.
Selection Process : There will be a Selection Test on 12/04/2009. Short listed candidates will be called for GD and Personal Interview.
Upper Age Limit : Upper age limit for NTPC is 27 as on 01/01/2009.
Scale of Pay : in NTPC : Rs. 11225 – 4%-17250 in the training period of one year and then Rs.12000-4%-17500 as Engineer.
