He/She should be able to analyze and understand new domains quickly and should have the quality of writing functional specs which describe a software product in detail from a user perspective.Candidate should have the ability to maintain context on multiple assignments and still contribute effectively on all of them. He should play the role of the end user and provide appropriate feedback to the team. Apart from these, he should have peripheral knowledge on various technologies and also be able to pick up on new technologies and its capabilities quickly.He should be open to travel and able to handle customer expectations onsite.
Candidate should have good interpersonal skills with good communication. He needs to be Hardworking and honest.
