Municipal Reforms Cell (MRC) was created in 2005 under the Directorate of Municipal Administration, GoK, exclusively for implementation of computerization and other reforms in all the Urban Local Bodies(ULBs) of Karnataka.These reforms are being implemented in selected 49 ULBs of Karnataka under Asian Development Bank funded "Nirmala Nagar Project" and in the remaining 164 ULBs under World Bank funded "Karnataka Municipal Reforms Project". The Municipal Reforms Cell is headed by Joint Director who is of Senior Scale KAS Cadre.
1. ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Educational Background: BE/ BTECH (IT,Computers)/ MCA
Experience Required:
Minimum of 8 yrs IT experience with with 2 years of experience as Team Lead, Assisting the team in Application & Database server set-up, trouble shooting and application performance improvement.
Skills Required: Technically strong in Oracle database, other open source Database like Postgres, Web Based Application development in JAVA/ JSP/ Struts and J2EE related technologies.
Consultancy Fee: Rs.50,000/- per month.
2. SYSTEM ANALYST
No. of Posts: 01
Educational Background: BE/ BTECH (IT,Computers)/ MCA
Experience Required: 6 yrs of experience in Systems and Database Management
Skills Required: Should have basic web programming skills, basic HTML, Javascript, JSP, experience in Unix or Linux, Shell scripting..
Consultancy Fee: Rs.45,000/- per month.
3. SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
No. of Posts: 11
Educational Background: BE/ BTECH (IT,Computers)/ MCA
Experience Required: 2 yrs of hands on recent experience in Java/JSP/Struts/Hibernate and J2EE related technologies.
Skills Required: Good Knowledge of Oracle database and capable of using any other open source Database. experience in Systems and Database Management
Consultancy Fee: Rs. 25,000/- per month.
