A first class Master’s Degree in Computer Application/Computer Science/Computer Science and Engineering/ Computer Technology/Information Technology preceded by the Bachelor’s Degree at least in second class in Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Technology/Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer applications.
Should have passed SSC examination or any other equivalent examination with Telugu as one of the subjects or should have studied SSC through the medium of Telugu or should have working knowledge of Telugu.
