Required Qualification :
Candidate must be a first Class BTech/BE/MSc (Electronics/Physics or equivalent)
and should have experience in the area of Semiconductor Technology with atleast two years training in methods of research and aptitude for research as evidenced from published papers in standard referred journals
OR
A First Class M. Tech. in Electronics or equivalent
Age : Maximum age of the Candidate should be 32 years as on 29th September 2009 which is relaxable upto 5 years for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates.
