Job Description :
The Company provides a very great chance for fresh & experienced Engineering and MCA passouts in development of Web based products using latest J2EE technology.
Candidates will be responsible for the following tasks :
• Candidates will be working in Software Product Design & Development which include Creation of web based products using
J2EE, Struts, Swings, Springs, Hibernate and Open Source Software.
• Candidates will be Reviewing open source products already available in market like Content Management Systems, Eclipse, Portals and find out a way to use them for product development.
• Quality assurance : Ensure that products fit their purpose at all times (even in a fast paced, changing environment) and that new products are delivered "right first time".
• Liaison: Coordinate the above activities with Business Teams.
• Perform presales work, generate Leads, develop proposals, close deals
• Provide weekly progress reports
Desired Profile : The Company is looking for Candidates who are passionate about developing web based BPM products. The proven ability of applying said techniques and methods would be considered a strong plus. Previous job experience in the field is desirable.
The candidate will be providing :
Front-End : Java Swings, J2EE, MVC Framework, Springs framework
Middle-Ware : Candidates Should have worked with any one of JBoss, Apache or Tomcat. He should have Knowledge of Struts, EJB
Back-end : MySQL, Oracle, Hibernate
BPM Domain : Candidates should possess Knowledge of Business Process Management, Work Flow. Knowledge of Management is a strong plus.
The individual will also be highly analytical, have strong numerical, interpersonal and communication skills. He should be target-oriented and ready to work in a fast-moving and fast-growing environment. High standard of written and spoken English is essential.
