Requirements in 2 categories:
- Fresher (0 – 6 month) : Must have good knowledge of complete QA Process and Bug Life Cycle. Good in writing Test cases .
- Experience – 1 + year of experience
Desired:
- Must have basic programming skills and database knowledge
- Must have ability to analysis the requirement and preparing the document
- Must have good knowledge of Test Plan, Test Case Writing and plan Test Strategy
- Must have ability to do causal analysis and preparing the Quality Analysis reports for client
- Must be good in written and Verbal Communication
- Must have good knowledge of at least 1 standard Bug Tracking tool.
- Knowledge of Automation tool is added advantage
