Other Requirements:
- Basic Telecom Knowledge.
- Detailed understanding of TDM, VSAT, SDH, DWDM, LL, NPLC, IPLC, RF, Wi-Fi, Wimax, Interfaces, MUX, Modems, TCPIP, MPLS, Layer 2 & 3 VPN, Frame Relay, Security services like firewall, IDM, UTM etc.
- Detailed understanding in Voice related products and Platform -GSM , CDMA , PRI, CENTREX , Knowledge on EPABX, Mobility, Products Knowledge on Regulatory compliance for voice services.
- Customer orientation.
