SKF India Ltd is looking for both fresh and Experienced Engineering graduates from Mechanical or Production stream for the Trainee position in the company.

Eligibility :
Candidates applying for the post must have 60% or above throughout academic career from 10th, 12th and in BE.
The Aggregate percentage of the fresh Candidates must be atleast 60% throughout in first six semesters with the percentage marks for Not more than 2 semesters less than 60%, none of the semester percentage below 55%).
While for Experienced Candidates, the Aggregate of all eight semesters equal and greater than 60% with the percentage marks for Not more than 2 semesters less than 60%, none of the semester percentage below 55%).
Shortlisting Criteria :
The Candidates for the trainee Post will be short listed based on academic criteria.
Recruitment Procedure :
The recruitment of the Candidates will be based on the following levels :
- Technical and Aptitude Test
- Management Game
- Functional interview
- Final interview
Selected Candidates will have to undergo a training period of 1 year which will include 3 inductions – Joining, Mid Year and Closure and 2 assignments of 22 weeks. The induction focuses on orienting the GET’s on SKF (Company history, products, processes, skill development).
During the 2 assignments, Candidates will show their skills by working in 2 different roles in order to get wider exposure in their area of specialization like manufacturing, sales and support services including manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain application engineering etc.
After successful completion of the one-year training, the candidates will be placed as Assistant Managers in areas as per the requirement in the Organization.
