Shriram Transport Finance Co Ltd. is hiring around 200 BE/BTech and MBA passouts for the Management Trainee position in the company. The Company is organising a Walkin Interview on 7th November 2010 for filling up of these vacant posts.

Eligibility Criteria : 

Qualification :

Candidate should be a First Class BE/B.TECH OR MBA/PGDM Professionals from any branch. The Candidate must have scored atleast Aggregate of 60% and First Class.

Age :

Candidate applying for the post must not be above 25 years (i.e., born on or after 01/01/1985).

Experience :

0-1 Years

Compensation : Selected Candidates will be paid Rupees 1,25,000 – 1,75,000/- as compensation.

Job Description :

Selected Candidates will be working as Management Trainees and will undergo Six months On-Job Training in the field of Commercial Vehicle Finance which will be involving hard field work and meeting with customers related to Commercial Vehicle Finance Business.

The Candidates will be working in different locations outside their domicile state as a part of the Training process during the Training period.

After Completing successfully their 6 months training the candidates will be placed on the posts of Assistant Manager / Assistant Product Manager / Equivalent Managerial position based on their performance and aptitude.

Walkin Date : Interested Candidates cab appear for the Walkin on 07th November 2010 (Sunday).

Timing : The Walkin will be conducted between 9.30 AM TO 2.00 PM.
