BE/ BTECH (Civil) required in Railway Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), New Delhi.

Indian Railway network particularly High Density Network, which connects the four Metro Cities of Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai & Mumbai including the diagonals is over saturated. Challenges of higher economic growth require leap forward capacity development strategy on Indian Railways. Paradigms of such a strategy required a shift from dependence on purely budgetary sources and internal surplus of Railways to mobilization of non-budgetary financial resources from private sector, banks, financial institutions, multilateral and bilateral agencies through a mix of equity and debt. The financial resources available from the traditional sources were found to be grossly inadequate to meet the requirement.

Walk-in Date:  02.April.2011 ( Saturday )

Timings: 10.00 Hrs. onwards.

Reporting: 09.30 Hrs. for pre-interview formalities.

Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from a recognized University.

Age Limit:

57 years

Work Experience: Minimum 18 years of service out of which at least 10 years should be at managerial level in Planning,  tender documentation and execution civil structural designs of Underground structures/ Elevated Viaducts / Metro Depots.
