Mode of Selection and Salary : Selected Candidates will work as trainee for a period of one year and after successfully completion of the training, they will be placed in Management cadre. Candidates will be given a fixed pay of Rs. 15,000/- p.m. during training period and after completion of the training will be placed in the salary scale of Rs.12,000 – Rs.18,500.
