Experience Needed: Nil / (Freshers) / (0-1 Years)

Desired Candidate Profile:
·Strong Know how of supporting medium to large applications.
· Shall be dealing directly with internal and external clients.
· Will be responsible for facilitating user support of IBM PC/Windows network custom business applications.
· Shall also facilitate helpdesk or service desk support (highly desirable)
· Good working Knowledge and acquaintance with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications; specifically EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Electronic Mail.
Job Responsibilities:
· Staff 24 x 7 Technical Support Line. – SHIFTS
· Refer client problems according to established procedures.
· Assist in providing information and support to second level team regarding previously reported items and resolutions to increase productivity
· Assist the Service Support team to collate data for analytics on outages and problems.
· Develop a complete understanding of Oracle product line.
