Education: BE/ BTECH/ ME/ MTECH (Computer Science, IT)/ MCA
Desired:
- Knowledge of UNIX/ LINUX
- Knowledge of network hardware technologies (Routers, Switches, Firewall etc)
- Ability to monitor& trouble shoot LAN/WAN and TCP/IP issues
- Knowledge of software development in, ASP.NET, C#, XML
- Knowledge of Database Management (SQL Server/ Oracle/ My SQL)
Job Requirement:
- WAN/LAN /VPN installations; Monitoring of network resources to provide secure and reliable network access; Administer network and server security processes; Network trouble-shooting; imparting training etc;
- Design & development of database based applications in the field of Information; Management & delivery; Administer databases; Managing websites and applications etc.
Pay Scale: PB-3: Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs.5400 (plus usual allowances as admissible to CSIR / NISCAIR employees)
Age Limit: 35 yrs
