Candidate should be a BE/Btech from Civil Engineering stream or Construction Engineering/ Construction Technology/ Structural Engineering/ Soil & Foundation Engineering/ Construction Technology & Management/ Water Resource Management from any recognized university in India.
Age : The Maximum Age of the candidate should be 35 years as on 07th May 2011.

Scale of Pay : Candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.15285-670-18635-705-36965.

General/ Open Category Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 500/- which is reduced to Rs. 250/- for reserved category candidates. The Application fee is to be paid by deposition the appropriate amount in any branch of State Bank of India. Candidates have to pay an Additional charge of Rs.50/- in the form of bank commission.
However, Candidates who belong to the Physical Handicapped category do not have to pay any Application Fee, provided they submit the Medical Certificate from appropriate authority.
