- For R&D: Sufficient Subject Knowledge.

Other skills: Good Communication Skills, Confidence and No Mother Tongue Influence.
Salary Package: –
- For IT Engineer: (2.4 – 3.6 lakh per annum depending upon the candidate performance. ) (10000 during training for three months)
- MBA: (1.44 – 2.8lakh per annum depending upon the candidate performance. During Training 8000 stipend for three months only)
