1. Fresh Graduate Engineer Trainees
Eligibility:
Candidate should be a
2008 or 2009 pass out Graduate Engineer (BE, B Tech) from NITs or Govt. Engineering Colleges and should also have an excellent academic record with specialisation in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Civil Engineering , having secured minimum 70 % marks throughout the academic career (10th , 12th and Graduation).
2. Lateral Hire Graduate Engineer Trainees
Candidate should be a Graduate Engineers of batch 2008 and previous having 1 -3 years of relevant experience in Steel /Power / Ferro – alloys / Cements and Non-Ferrous industry having secured minimum 70 % marks throughout the academic career . He will be considered through lateral induction in ‘Associate Manager’ Grade.
