Eligibility: BE/ BTECH/ MTECH (Electronics/ Electrical Engineering) degree from a recognized university/institution.
Work Experience:
At least, 05 yrs of research in Atmospheric and/or Oceanic Sciences related to weather and climate.

Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100, Grade PY Rs. 6600/- + allowances admissible to Central Govt. employees stationed at Pune.
Upper Age Limit (as on 1 July 2010): 40 yrs.
Scientist ‘B’
Eligibility: BE/ BTECH/ MTECH (Electronics/ Electrical Engineering) degree from a recognized university/institution.
Work Experience: At least, 03 yrs of research in Atmospheric and/or Oceanic Sciences related to weather and climate.

Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-38100, Grade Pay : Rs. 5400 plus allowances admissible to Central Govt. Employees stationed at Pune.
Upper Age Limit (as on 1 July 2010): 35 yrs.
