DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organisation ) is hiring Engineering graduates both BE, Btech of all branches for the post of Scientist ‘C’.

Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) works under Department of Defence Research and Development of Ministry of Defence. DRDO dedicatedly working towards enhancing self-reliance in Defence Systems and undertakes design & development leading to production of world class weapon systems and equipment in accordance with the expressed needs and the qualitative requirements laid down by the three services. DRDO is working in various areas of military technology which include aeronautics, armaments, combat vehicles, electronics, instrumentation engineering systems, missiles, materials, naval systems, advanced computing, simulation and life science.

Educational Background:

BE/ BTECH with 60% aggregate.

Age Limit: Not more than 35 years as on closing date. Relaxation to PH category by 5 years (with disability not less than 40%)

Pay Scale: Rs. 15600–39100 with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600 plus many other facilities.

I am an Engineering graduate from Metallurgy&Material Technology passed out in 2008 with 54.47% from MGIT.Please let me know whether i can be eligible for opening on DRDO.

The Eligibility Criteria for this job is 60% so a person having 54.47% shall not be eligible to apply for this Job
