least  4  years  should  be  at  the  senior
management  level  with  proven  knowledge  of

Chemical  Industry.  Experience  in  Fertilizer
industry will be preferred.  

The  incumbent  will  be
responsible  for  operation of all the  plants in a  large
fertilizers / chemical plants.
He will also be  required  to
perform  general
managerial functions along
with  implementation  of
effective  cost  control  in
operation  and
technological  development relevant  to production activities.
