A small office run by Syed and team, dupes and frauds customers too by saying is a 360 degree service provider where these people have no services of their own. A very unprofessional and pathetic employer to work with, no salaries on time, no salary, no respect, MD Syed says, “People who works for him are like house maids, just make them do every work as we pay them”. How is that nothing is done against such companies as they have spoiled so many employees career, time and money and most of all left a dark dream in their minds to work and trust again any event companies. These roadside contractors claiming themselves as event organizers in the event management industry are all uneducated, unprofessional, big time liars, worse commitment givers, false promises.

  113. BE AWARE OF FAKE CONSUMER FORUMS.

    Dear all,

This is regarding some fake consumer forums existing in the internet. There are huge number of consumer forums blacklisted by cyber crime department. These are not authorized forums by any government across globe. Also they cant do anything regarding your complaints and cant solve your any problems related to any service.

Then you might have one question that if it is true then why these forums are created what benefit they are getting from this?

Now a days internet marketing of the products is booming. Search engines such as Google, Yahoo are masters in the internet advertisements. For placing the advertisement in website, website owner get paid by the related companies. This business is growing day by day and the turnover of the same is in multi billion dollars. To get advertisement from the ad agencies page ranking and the popularity of the website is the very important parameter, and these parameters are dependent on number of visitors and users of the website.

To make the website a" money making machine" huge number of unauthorized and fake discussion forums have been created across the world, and as complaints and discussions about product and service is the very close issues of day to day life of human being, these forums are taking advantage of this fact.

In these forums people can post anything about anybody and about any company. Most funny thing is that you will find some fake complaints about some company and the ad of the same company will be displayed in the same forum. These so called forum administrators have no control on the posting. They display the malicious and defamatory contents without verification from the companies about the issue. Not all companies's management have time to put the comments below the queries and many of these companies's management is not even aware that somebody is putting malicious contents about their companies in these forums.

End of the day because of these forums many companies's business is indirectly getting affected and most of them are small and medium scale businesses. These forums are spreading negativeness about the service providing companies by doing their dis advertisement and allowing unverified defamatory contents to be displayed.

Coming to the point, the conclusion of the story is consumer is posting the complaints in the such a forums in which administrator of the forum himself doesn't have any control regarding the contents ( means if you put defamatory contents about that forum itself it will accept). Consumer having problems regarding the service of any company should approach company management first and should give the application regarding the problem solving. If that also doesn't worked out consumer can approach Government consumer court or file an FIR in police station.

In 98.7% of the cases about the complaints against the service it is observed that problem gets resolved immediately after reaching company management. And for other complicated or fraud related cases, government of every country has its own consumer court in every city and district.

Friends, No machine in this world is 100% efficient, it implies to every human being , every service and every organization. But it doesn't means that you should defame that person, service provider or an organization. It will indirectly affect the business of the company and in turns every person including the consumer get affected by it. Our constitution has given right to everybody regarding speech but this doesn't means that you start taking revenge by destroying image and goodwill of the company which is the port built by efforts and hard work of honest people.

Yes, you have right to talk and spread awareness about the fraud people and organisations but only after verification and getting perfect legal proofs against it.Don't start blaming anybody or any company just because one wrong, defamatory and baseless comment came in some unauthorized forum.

Approaching right person, right organisation is the only way of solving the problem, Please Please don't support the illegal forums to spread their illegal business.

tax deduction from employees salary is the employer's duty. the fact that your income must not be tax deductible has lead to non deduction of tax. any which ways the employer is liable to issue you Form 16 for the financial year ended. you can give an application to your employer in writing demanding him your Form 16 stating the reason of application of house loan. keep a copy of application with you. (better if you keep the received copy). however, if the employer still refuses to provide you with Form 16, approach your local tax authority with your complaint and application and get your problem solved.

you can visit http://www.incometaxindia.gov.in/vigilan… and write your complaint to them. also websites like consumercomplaints.in and consumercourts.in may help fix your problem.

  118. Ashoka was one of the greatest kings of ancient times. His empire consisted of most of present-day India, and extended as far west as Afghanistan, and included parts of Persia as well. In later life, he became a Buddhist and he is remembered for his just and wise rule. Ashoka inscribed his 'dhamma', his code, on rocks and pillars. These can still be seen in India today. Ashoka inscribed his edicts in Pali, the language spoken by the common people, so that everyone could understand his words. Ashoka ruled from 269 to 232 BC.

Read a story about Ashoka, that is related in the 'Ashokavadana', a book about the life and reign of Ashoka, written sometime in the 2nd century AD.

Long ago, in a little village in India, there lived a child called Jaya. One day Gautam Buddha came to his village.

The villagers gathered round the Buddha, welcoming him into their village. They made a comfortable seat for him in the cool shade of a leafy peepul tree. The women washed the dust of travel from his feet, and offered him fruit to eat and cool water to drink.

The child watched fascinated. He could not take his eyes off the face of the Buddha, the quiet calm countenance, the deep dark eyes, the air of contentment. He couldn't understand much of what the Buddha said, but marveled instead at the sound of his voice, soft, serene, and full of conviction. The men and women listened enthralled. The Buddha spoke all day and through the night. The child sat there – among the grown ups, all hunger and thirst forgotten. Some time during the night, he fell asleep, and when he awoke, he saw that the Buddha was getting ready to leave.'Don't go,' cried the child in his heart, but he knew that that was not what the Buddha would want of him. He was desperate – he didn't want the Buddha to go. The child felt an emotion he hadn't felt before – he felt love. How could he tell the Buddha that he loved him? That he would follow him to the ends of the earth?

The child saw the grown-ups gather round the Buddha. Some were offering him more fruit to carry with him, some were offering him grain. The child had nothing to give the Buddha, nothing at all in the world. So he gathered the dust from the earth, and holding it out in his two little hands ran to the Buddha with his offering.

The Buddha was touched by the faith he saw in the child's eyes. He smiled and accepted the child's offering, and blessed him.

The child never saw the Buddha again, but carried his image in his spirit forever.

It is said that this child was reborn as Ashok, one of the greatest of the emperors of ancient India. Ashok fought many wars of conquest, but after one particularly bloody war in Kalinga, where thousands lay hurt or dead, Ashok gave up war forever. He embraced the teachings of Buddha, and spent his long reign in improving the life of his subjects. Ashok also sent missionaries to spread the teachings of the Buddha far and wide.

  119. Robert Bruce and the Spider.

Robert Bruce, Earl of Carrick, was descended from a Norman knight, Robert de Bruce, who came to England with William the Conqueror. His grandfather had been one of the 13 claimants to the Scottish throne in 1291, during the reign of the English king Edward I. Edward had chosen John de Balliol, an English baron, declaring him rightful king of Scotland in 1292. Later, Balliol refused to acknowledge the superiority of the English, and in 1296, was defeated by Edward at Dunbar. Edward then took over Scotland, receiving the oath of fealty from over 2000 Scots. At the same time a nationalistic movement demanding freedom from England slowly began gaining strength among the Scots. Leaders such as William Wallace fought the English but were defeated and executed.

After Wallace's death, Robert Bruce revived his grandfather's claim to the throne, and declared himself king of Scotland in 1306.

Edward I sent a large army north, defeated Bruce at the Battle of Methven, and forced him to become an outlaw. But Bruce did not give up, and came out of hiding a year later to win an important victory against the English. Clans from all over Scotland now came to his aid, and Bruce's growing army fought bravely and successfully against the English. Meanwhile Edward I died, to be succeeded by his son Edward II. The new king was no match for Robert Bruce – in 1314, at the Battle of Bannockburn, Bruce's army of 5,000 defeated Edward II's much larger army of 20,000, driving the English finally and firmly out of Scotland.

Robert Bruce was known as 'Good King Robert' and was undoubtedly one of Scotland's greatest rulers, bringing peace and freedom to his country.

Now read the story of how a tiny little spider influenced the history of Scotland…On the lonely island of Rachrin, off the Irish coast, stood a mean and miserable hut. The chill wind of winter rattled its wooden door, demanding to be let in, sending icy fingers in through cracks and knotholes in the flimsy wooden walls. Inside, a man, his cloak wrapped close about him, lay on a straw pallet set against the wall opposite the door. A fire smoked in the centre of the rough earthen floor, and the remains of a frugal meal lay on a small wooden table.

The man was no other than Robert Bruce, crowned king of Scotland, made an outlaw in his own country by Edward I, king of England. Edward I, better known as Edward Longshanks because of his long legs, had defeated Robert and harried him and hunted him, forcing him at last to leave the lochs and craggy mountains of his native land. He had left behind his queen in Kildrummie, his only remaining castle, in charge of his brave and valiant younger brother Nigel. But alas, Kildrummie had been taken by the English, his brother executed, and his queen held captive.

Robert was close to despair: was the freedom of Scotland worth the great price that he was paying? Was it worth the lives of all those slain in battle, worth the misery of their wives and orphaned children? And what of all the men that he himself had killed, one at least not in the heat of battle, but in cold blood?

Perhaps, thought Robert, he should give up his fight for freedom and go instead to the Holy Land, there to fight by the side of the brave knights against the enemies of Christendom. Perhaps that would make up for the killing and the deaths that his ambitions and dreams had brought about. Yet, how could he abandon Scotland, while there was still a hope, a chance, however slender, of success? The wind howled louder; the fire had died down. Robert lay still and silent on his mean straw bed, oblivious of the cold and discomfort of his surroundings, troubled and disturbed by his thoughts. Suddenly his eye was caught by a spider – the creature was hanging by a long silvery thread from one of the wooden beams above his head, and trying to swing itself to another beam. The spider tried again and again, failing every time. Six times, counted Robert, the spider tried and failed. 'Six times,' thought Robert to himself, 'have I fought against the English and failed.'

Robert looked at the spider more intently. 'Now if this spider fails again on the seventh attempt, I too shall give up the fight for Scotland. But if it succeeds, I shall try again.' The spider, as though aware of Robert's thought, swung itself again with all its tiny strength – and finally, on the seventh attempt, it succeeded. It swung on to the beam it had been trying to reach, and fastened its thread, thus stretching the first line of the web it was trying to weave.

Robert Bruce smiled, and sat up. He threw off his despair and grief, and determined to set out for Scotland again and continue his fight against the English. He fought against the English for the next eight years, defeating them and finally driving them out of Scotland in 1314, at the Battle of Bannockburn.

  120. Why the sky is so high.

Long ago, the Sky was quite low. If you stood on a stool and stretched your hands up as high as they would go, you could touch the Sky.

At that time, far on the Horizon, where the Sky was always especially low, there was a village. In that village, in a little mud hut thatched with straw, there lived a bent Old Woman.

This bent Old Woman was the oldest woman in that village, possibly the oldest woman in the world. She was so old she no longer remembered any other way of being. She lived all alone in her little mud hut, for she had neither friend nor family left in this world. She had nowhere to go and no one to talk to. So all day long, she would potter round her hut, first cleaning this corner, now dusting that, now scrubbing this bit of floor, now sweeping that. The bent Old Woman thought of nothing else any more, except more and more ways of sweeping and scrubbing her little mud hut.

One hot summer, the land was dry with thirst. There was dust everywhere – on the trees, on the roofs of huts and houses, in people's throats and eyes, even in the air. All over the village people were coughing and sneezing and choking with the dust. Even the poor old Sky was not spared – it was so close to the ground that the slightest bit of wind would set it coughing with the dust that rose from the parched land.

The bent Old Woman's hut too was covered with dust. The old woman swept and swept and swept the little hut with her broom. She swept the inside of her hut, she swept the outside of her hut, she swept the front step and she swept the front yard. But the dust rose all around her in great brown clouds – the more she swept and plied her broom, the more the dust that rose from the earth.

The poor Sky began to choke with all the dust that the bent Old Woman was raising with her broom. The dust got into its throat and tickled its nose and made it sneeze – a great big sneeze that shook the world with its thunder. People covered their heads and ran indoors in fright. But the bent Old Woman barely noticed – she kept on sweeping with her broom.

The Sky sneezed again – the dust was becoming unbearable. It got into its eyes and made them water – so that great heavy drops of rain began falling into the dry dust below. The bent Old Woman barely noticed – till finally a big splodgy raindrop fell right on to the patch she had just swept. The bent Old Woman glared at the Sky and scrubbed the splodgy raindrop away. But then another raindrop fell, and another, till her swept and scrubbed front step was blotchy with raindrops.

This was more than the bent Old Woman could bear. She stood up as straight as she could with her bent old back and shook her fist at the Sky yelling at it to stop raining on her nice clean front step. She cursed the Sky and threatened it, but the poor old Sky couldn't stop raining – its eyes were still so full of dust with all her sweeping.

At last, the bent Old Woman was so angry, that she picked up her broom, and thwacked the Sky with it.

The Sky gave another great sneeze and jumped out of her way. But the bent Old Woman kept thwacking it with her broom, again and again and again.

Finally the Sky could take it no more – the dust, the Old Woman's cursing, and especially her broom, thwacking it again and again and again. Sneezing and coughing, thundering and raining, the Sky flew up, up and away – out of reach of the Old Woman's broom and swore never to come down again.

So that is why the Sky is so high. Even on the Horizon, where it seems to be touching the earth, it really isn't any more.

143. Retold by Rohini Chowdhury.

This story was first recorded in 1605.It rapidly became a favourite, and was included in several other collections, including the fairytale collections of Joseph Jacobs. Richard Whittington was a real person, the son of a knight and himself a rich merchant in London. He served three terms as Lord mayor of London: 1397-99, 1406-07, and 1419-20. He died in 1423.

    To Vishnu's Wedding.

Long, long time ago there lived a poor boy called Dick Whittington. He had no mother and no father, and often nothing to eat. One day he heard of the great city of London, where, said everyone, even the streets were paved with gold. Dick decided to go to London to seek his fortune.

London was a big and busy city, full of people both rich and poor. But Dick could not find any streets that were paved with gold. Tired, cold and hungry he fell asleep on the steps of a great house. This house belonged to Mr. Fitzwarren, a rich merchant, who was also a good and generous man. He took Dick into his house, and gave him work as a scullery boy.

Dick had a little room of his own where he could have been very happy if it had not been for the rats. They would run all over him as he lay on his bed at night and would not let him sleep. One day Dick earned a penny shining shoes for a gentleman, and with it he bought a cat. After that Dick's life became easier – the cat frightened away all the rats, and Dick could sleep in peace at night.

One day Mr. Fitzwarren called all the servants of the house together. One of his ships was leaving for a far-off land with goods to trade. Mr. Fitzwarren asked his servants to send something of their own in the ship if they so desired, something which could perhaps be traded for a bit of gold or money. Dick had only his cat to send – which he did with a sad heart.

Dick continued to work as a scullery boy for Mr. Fitzwarren, who was very kind to him. So was everyone else except the Cook who made Dick's life so miserable that one day Dick decided to run away. He had reached almost the end of the city when he heard the Bow Bells ring out. 'Turn again Whittington, thrice Lord Mayor of London' chimed the bells. Dick was astonished – but he did as the bells said and went back to Mr. Fitzwarren.

When he returned he found that Mr. Fitzwarren's ship had returned, and that his cat had been sold for a great fortune to the King of Barbary whose palace had been overrun with mice. Dick had become a rich man.

He soon learnt the business from Mr. Fitzwarren, married his daughter Alice, and in time became the Lord Mayor of London three times, just as the bells had said.

i also have lost my Rs 2500 as a registration fee in blue tiger, in beginning they assured me that they are going to provide me job in 2 months , they are even ready.
to provide written guarantee on company paper, if I made the full payment of Rs 25000, so I get fooled and join there. But after joining it I found that they haven't provided any job to any student not even to student's of previous batches specially the students are from engineering field. There placement facility's are not good and there training faculty is so bad that I don't have words to define it, after one week of seeing all these I left the consultancy and saved my self from losing more money in that fake consultancy ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, SO IF U CARE ABOUT UR FATHERS MONEY DON'T JOIN THE BLUE TIGER (SPECIALLY WHEN UR FROM ENGINEERING FIELD).

current scenario in bangalore is that if u want job then u should work hard and have a big network of job seeker's in your touch.AND above these, never loose hope and keep trying……..

  187. MS SOFTECH REVIEW , MS SOFTECH FRAUD , MS SOFTECH COMPLAIN , FAKE MS SOFTECH, MS SOFTECH TRAINING FRAUD says:

MS SOFTECH REVIEW , MS SOFTECH FRAUD , MS SOFTECH COMPLAIN , FAKE MS SOFTECH, MS SOFTECH TRAINING FRAUD
MS Softech IS A FAKE COMPANY.
    WEBSITE :- http://mssoftech.co.in
    STARTED:- NOV-DEC 2012
    GHAZIABAD
MY STORY:- They called me for job interview in Ghaziabad. I travelled 200+ kms . I reached at ‘C-5 C-6,Shri Krishan Plaza,
    Commercial Complex,
    Second Floor,Near Sai Mandir
    Nayay Khand 1 ,Indirapuram
    Pin Code: 201010.
    Ghaziabad. India’
There was only a single room. I come to know that they stated in it only from 3 months. When I went into that room there were a BIHARI boy(BOY 1 ) about 26 year Old . He said me that he is the owner. There were a another 23 year old boy(BOY 2) .HE Said me “I am senior s/w Engineer”
They started with silly questions. Actually (BOY 1) was unable to talk in English, so Only BOY 2 asked me questions with weak English. I answered them. EVEN they do not know some basic things. When i tell them some high level concepts, they said that I was wrong. Means they were technically weak.
After some time they come to their” OKAT ” . They tell me that we will provide a training course worth 8000. (Actually they are only a training Institute.) . I asked them “why you called me as a Company. But you are Training Institute.” Then they began to make silly excuses.
I came back to home after a long travel. I had to spend 700+ rupees on travel. I had to waste my time.
I decide to share this experience with other people. I come to know few points about this company……………

BOY 1:- MBA, UNEMPLOYED, Unable to get job, Started this fake company

BOY 2:- MCA 2012 from IGNOU, DO not have Knowledge, NO EXPERIENCE/

MS Softech:- Started in NOV-DEC 2012. NOT REGISTERED. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY CLIENT.
THEY SHOW THEIRSELF AS A COMPANY . BUT THEY ARE ONLY A VERY BAD TRAINING INSTITUTE (Not Registered).
I asked him to show their client . They said ” abhi hamari baat chal rahi he , abhi koi project nahi he.

THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY EMPLOYEE . I asked him to show their employees . They said ” abhi hamare paas salary ke rupees nahe he. abhi hum training karate he. abhi sab training kar rahe he. ”

I ASKED BOY 1 ” who is the trainer?”
    He said “(BOY 2)”.
(Actually BOY 2 said me that he is a senior software engineer). Then i asked boy 2 “ are u a s/w Engineer or trainer” . Then he was unable to answer. I asked him “have you worked in any company”. He said “NO”
MS SOFTECH WEBSITE:- they did not make their website their self . THEY JUST COPIED ALL CONTENTS FROM OTHER WEBSITE EX- http://www.gujaratinfotech.co.in
    Just compare these web pages….
    http://www.gujaratinfotech.co.in/services/custom-software-development.html
    http://mssoftech.co.in/customsoftwaredevelopment.aspx

    or
    http://www.gujaratinfotech.co.in/services/our-services.html
    http://www.mssoftech.co.in/our-expertise.aspx
    Even whole website is copied.
After reading this complaint MS SOFTECH may change their content and copy from another website.
TO FIND THE TRUTH, JUST COPY A PART OF A LINE FORM THE CONTENT OF MS SOFTECH WEBSITE, AND PASTE IN GOOFLE AND SEARCH, YOU WILL FIND THE website from WHERE MS SOFTECH COPIED THE CONTENTS.
MS SOFTECH TRAINING:- they copied their training website from HP training website.
    Just compare it ….
    http://hpesindia.com/faq_summer.asp
    http://msiteducation.in/FAQ.aspx
SO YOU can see they cannot make their own website. So how can they teach you how to make website.
MS SOFTECH COPIED THEIR ALL CONTENTS so how can anybody believe on MS SOFTECH.
THEY do not have trainer. BOY 2 is only trainer. HE HAVE PRIVATE MCA FROM IGNOU, NO work EXPERIENCE.
EVEN MS SOFTECH IS NOT REGISTERED. SO NO BENEFIT OF CERTIFICATE….

I SHARE THIS to save you from MS SOFTECH fraud institute. If u have any question u can ask me. If you know some other fraud company just share it will all……
SO DO NOT BELIEVE ON THEIR WEBSITE. JUST INQUIRE EVERYTHING……. MS SOFTECH ONLY CHEATS STUDENTS….

where i joined by giving 35000 rupees has a deposite but after joining their i came to know that their is a lot of problem with this company
i will tell you the problems point by point

    1. at first he will take the interview and gives us two options
1 you have to make a three years of agreement by giving all the marks cards to him, for this option he will give salary 8000.
    or
2 you have to pay 35000 rupess has a deposit for three years and for this option he will give salary 10000.

    2. Any how he will make candidates to give 35000 by his words and he will say that in training period their will be no payement after reciving the money.

    3. He will say that training period is only for 15 days and he will give the project which is imposible to do in 15 days.

    4. And after completion of project he will take us as employee and gives target that in a month we have to complete 5-6 projects otherwise our salary will not be paid.

    5. Any how if we complete 5 projects also he will say that the project which we have done is not approved by client and he will say he cant give salary.

    6. At last if any one ask mony back means he will give 40%-50% in their deposit and he will ask them to resign.

    7. He is not paying salary to all the employees from past three months.

    8. After resigning he will tell employee to come after one month to take back his money and when they come back for the money he is threatning to their life.

  211. Ramesh Mishra – Fraud Campus Selection by Lady HR of M/s Malcom India, Kolkota

My friend’s son, along with some more boys & girls (including my daughter), were selected in M/s Malcom India, Kolkota through a Campus in a Engineering College at Bhubaneswar. Lingering from August ’13, ultimately they called through Email, boys only, to join by 31st Dec’13, promising that they will be paid for ‘Lodging & Boarding’ for the period they are staying outside of Malcom Accommodations. After reaching at Malcom Factory site at Falta, 24 Pragana, WB, no joining procedure was initiated till 20th February. After protesting for few days, it was revealed by the MD of the office at Salt Lake, WB, that the ‘Campus was Fake’ & no approval for the jobs were given by the company to the Lady HR. Ultimately all boys gone from different colleges were forced to come back after loosing a big amount of money, without receiving a single paisa from Malcom.

Hence I am requesting all students running after ‘Campus Selections’ to be care full.

    Thanks
