Job Description :
1. Candidate should have overall 3-4 plus years of industry experience in testing products and needs to be involved in complete testing in one or more products mobile applications, standalone windows applications, device driver testing, mobile platforms.
2. He/She needs to very good exposure to SDLC and STLC phases; Exposure to Six Sigma and Project management practices is essential.
3. Understanding of mobile communication technologies like GSM, CDMA, messaging services like Blue-tooth, USB, WiFi would be an added advantage.
4. He/She should have hands on exposure to test methodologies, approaches – Black box, functional testing, awareness on non-functional test methodologies.
5. Experience in defining the test strategy, approach, generation test plans, design and cases.
6. Exposure to automation approaches/frameworks and expertise in developing automation scripts for SW based applications.
7. Good understanding of software installations and experience in installation testing
8. Exposure to effective defect tracking & management mechanisms.
9. Have a strong interest and passion to work with a multi-dimensional business and are energetic and ambitious.
10. Have flair to excel in delivery commitments.
11. Have flexibility to mould in multi-disciplinary culture.
12. Have strong business acumen coupled with result orientation.
13. Possess good communication skill and organizing skill.
