Job Description :
Candidates who will be selected will have to Interact with customers, and understanding their needs and so have to provide technical support to the Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries on all CISCO products.
Skill Set :
Candidate should have knowledge of Routing Protocols, TCP/ IP and IRQs. Candidates necessarily need to have knowledge of Basic operating systems related to Networking and those having knowledge of CISCO product will be considered as an added advantage.
Besides these qualities, a Candidate should have Good communication,presentation and logical skills.
