Job Description:

We are in the process of hiring trainees for network support who will undergo training with us for a period of 12 months. This training opportunity is available in Gurgaon.

Industry Type: IT-Software/ Software Services

Role: Customer Support Engnr/Technician

Functional Area: IT-Support, Telecom, Hardware

Skills Required:

  • Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz: Routing Protocols, TCP/ IP and IRQs
  • Basic operating systems related to Networking
  • Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.
